These days Fast food is generally known to have negative effects upon over use of its convenience. This essay will convey some of the most renown pros and cons of fast food.

Firstly, fast food, if eaten frequently and in massive quantities, can cause obesity and hard desease, which is a tremedous problem in today’s economically developed world. The U.S.A. is the driving force of the global trading business, the most important country in the world. There they have immense problems with obesity. To put theory in numbers/practice, 75% of Americans are obese.

Secondly, it discourages family meal time, as it is widely know that family meal time is quality time, where one connects with his family, shares ideas, discusses certain topics. Eating in a public place, does not offer intimacy, therefore you are restricted in multiple ways.

However, there are always good sides. It is cheap, you can get a full meal for low price, thus it is ideal for someone that is not financial stable, or for someone that just wants to live a more conservative life.

In addition, it is also convenient. Food can be prepared and served in minutes. It is especially suitable for hectic people that do not have time to prepare a meal by themselves.

In conclusion I would like to share my opinion. I am not against nor for fast food. The industry is there to be used by people that need it. I would olnly advise you to eat the product from fast food dealers in reasonable quantities.
